Space East joins UKSpace

Colin Baldwin, Executive Director at UKSpace, visited Adastral Park last week to meet UKSpace’s latest member – Space East.

Colin caught up with Space East Cluster Manager Stuart Catchpole at the Satellite Applications Catapult’s Space Enterprise Lab on Adastral Park, part of the Connected Innovation network.

From a standing start, Space East now has over 200 cluster members – many in the space-enabled parts of the economy that could derive enormous benefits from greater use of space data and services.

UKSpace also met with BT’s Research Leader and Technology Strategist Jon Wakeling to discuss the breadth of work BT is carrying out looking at seamless, resilient and secure connectivity – hugely important in our increasingly connected world.
